  Participants should contact faculty at your institution for assistance with travel expenses.

  It is recommended to share a taxi, Rutgers staff will try to help people coordinate to share cabs.

  Bus Transportation to and from IAH: takes about 1 hour 14 minutes, 53 stops, runs from 5:45 am to 12:12 am, every 30 minutes on weekdays and from 5:45 am to 10:50 pm every 45 minutes on weekends. Fare about $1.25, exact change.

  1. Take bus 102 from Terminal C (2800 N Terminal Rd)
  2. Get off on Milam @Jefferson.
  3. Walk one block on Jefferson and turn right on Smith. The Crown Plaza is on Jefferson and Smith.

  Bush Transportation to and from Hobby: takes about 45 minutes, 32 stops, runs from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm, every 30 minutes weekdays and from 5:45 am - 10:15 pm, every 30 minutes on weekends. Fare $1.25 exact change.

  1. Take bus number 88 towards downtown(Northbound)
  2. Get off on Louisiana and Jefferson
  3. Walk one block on Jefferson towards Smith. And turn right. Crown Plaza is on Jefferson and Smith.
